Star View was perfect for a weekend getaway (and would be great for longer stays too). The cabin was so clean, the bed comfortable, gorgeous views from the porch, the hot tub was great, and overall just a wonderful place to stay. The area was very quiet and felt remote but still close to town. We loved our weekend here and would definitely come back in the future!

This was a perfect getaway to escape all of the chaos with Covid and Politics. It was a weekend that we needed to reset our minds and hearts. Its a beautiful place to just breathe in Gods Beauty! The cabin is beautiful and everything you need is there. Because of Covid, we did not plan to explore the towns...and its the off season...so we just brought some easy meals. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook. The views from the wrap around deck were breathtaking!! It was cold and snowing...but with a few layers and a blanket you can cozy up and enjoy the sound of nature in the big porch rockers. The wrap around view from the indoor living area is great too....the furniture is so comfortable and you have a warm fire with a click of the remote. We will be changing out our wood fireplace for gas logs after this trip! There is a wooden walkway directly off the master to the hot tub....it was 20 degrees, snowing and perfectly relaxing! The robes were a much appreciated bonus!! . The master bedroom has a gorgeous view...private access to the wrap around porch and the log cabin bed was awesome!!! The linens and pillows were so soft...I love a bed that you just sink into. I felt like Goldilocks.....not too hard, not too soft...it was just right!!! (We are bed snobs and not ashamed one bit....a terrible bed can make or break a relaxing weekend....we can assure you that we had no issues sleeping...we really appreciate the comfy bed!). The lofted ceilings and uncluttered decor just made everything feel organized and cozy! The master bath has a large walk in shower that felt great after the chilly walk back from the hot tub! The lot is steep...which makes a beautiful setting for the outdoor fire pit and seating. Its probably going to require some really close supervision for small kids....you may want to make this a couples retreat and leave the little ones with the grandparents! Pickup some firewood on your drive up and you can kick back by the fire pit and take in a direct view of the mountains! We really appreciate the thought and care that the owners put into this sweet cabin in the mountains...we cant wait for our next mountain getaway!!!

We had a great time! It snowed one of the days we were visiting, and we really enjoyed the sights and views from our cabin. There's nothing like sitting in a hot tub with the snow coming down! We will be back.

Our stay at Red roof cabin was amazing! It was clean and well equipped and I cant say enough about the view it was breathtaking. There was nice trails for hiking too.

Maintenance answered my hottub question very quickly. Reservation folks are very friendly.

We love these cabins! I noticed through the website that the stacked cabins are much more rustic in style. We stayed in Mountain Honeymoon last October. We really like the rustic (wooden) feel, so that is the type cabin we will rent in the future. All the furniture, linens, and dishes being new is nice. Internet (though not great) is sufficient for me to continue my remote work. TV is fabulous! Everything is so comfortable! Loved having books and puzzles. We thought the high ceiling in Moose Tracks might make it chilly, but the heating is great. The pushbutton gas fire is extra special! Location is great! I walk around town for exercise and to stop at The Chocolate Shoppe. We took several walks in the Deep Creek area which is so beautiful and convenient to Bryson City.

Didn't really work with anyone specific. Booked it online and just followed the instructions sent VIA email. Easy as could be.
