Great property, great location; everything we needed was there. Clean and beautiful space.

Everyone was very cordial and easy to work with. We even rented a side by side and enjoyed the entire experience.

We absolutely loved staying in the cabin and plan on returning at a later date. The cabin had everything we needed and the hot tub was wonderful.

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Pine Peaks. The cabin was great. The hot tub was great. It was wonderful sitting on the front porch listening to the birds.

I had to call two times and both times the staff was super friendly and knowledgeable.

Our stay was wonderful. Location was remote enough but fairly close to town. View from the cabin was fantastic. It had all the basic essentials we needed. It has enough space for our dog to run around outside.

I had to call about a ceiling fan not working, or so I thought. The switch was hidden behind the barn style door:)

We came to Bryson City to relax, explore and enjoy our 30th wedding anniversary. We had a great time!

This property was fantastic and cozy, close to town, has a great view, it's semi secluded, view at night is were you realize why this cabin is called star view. It's really magical and just perfect.

Awesome Cabin

No interaction besides online booking.

Cabin was very secluded and private which was exactly what we were looking for. Views from the back deck were amazing! Great place to sip coffee in the morning and watch the sunrise come over the mountains. Hot tub was nice and hot when we arrived and we were able to unpack and immediately relax. Cabin was only 18 minutes from the casino so we could go have fun during the day and come back to piece and quite. We drive a Honda Pilot, and the road going in was very well maintained. We had no issues driving in and out. Very pleasant stay, we will be booking the same one next year!

Did not have to contact anyone during our stay

We enjoyed the stey and are so glad we picked Bryson City to be our base for the area instead of Gatlingburg or Pigeon Forge. Both the latter cities were extremely congested and noisy. The Smokies were incredible as usual but returning to the relative peace and quiet of Bryson City every night was great.

No problems at all.

We will definitely plan a trip back. Were moving to BC in June and we will still rent the place from time to time. I could sit on the porch all day. But that doesnt diminish the rest of the place which was fantastic.

Booking process was seamless and very simple.

Overall stay was great. Otherwise it was great father and son time very well spent and enjoyed.

Home was clean and nicely decorated. Very spacious and open so as to view the beautiful surroundings. Loved that it was a kid friendly home. The home was fully stocked with all kitchen supplies we needed. The beds were comfortable. Plenty of towels. Working hot tub. Quiet neighborhood. Location was perfect.

I have only worked with the office for a reservation over the phone but it was great. The call only took a few minutes and my returning discount was added and I was given all information needed.

Therz A Bear is an amazing property and I believe we will rent it again with our best friend couple and maybe bring our 2 small dogs next year.
