Mountain View Overlook is a three bedroom, two bath home that sleeps up to ten guests. This lovely home has large living spaces, which is perfect for you and your family or group. The living room features a floor to ceiling rocked gas log fireplace, large flat screen television with Direct TV service, comfortable seating, and plenty of windows and natural light where you can enjoy the views from the comfort of your couch. The fully stocked kitchen is the perfect spot to whip up a meal right in the comfort of your home, complete with granite countertops, stainless appliances, and ample dining space. The large master suite is located on the main level just off the living room and features cathedral ceilings, access to the deck, flat screen television, and private master bath with claw foot soaking tub and glassed shower. The lower level of the home features two additional bedrooms, each featuring 2 queen sized beds, a game area with pool table. For guests convenience there is also a bath with a shower and laundry room.
The outdoor space of Mountain View Overlook is nothing short of amazing. There are two levels of decking, both of which have gorgeous long range views of the Smoky Mountains. The upper deck level is massive. There's plenty of space for enjoying the outdoors, outdoor dining, gas grill, and gazebo. It's the perfect spot to enjoy the mountains, right from the comfort of your home.
Mountain View Overlook is located right outside of downtown Bryson City. It's a perfect spot for those wanting to explore all our area has to offer. It is within five minutes to the Great Smoky Mountain Railroad with the Polar Express and Great Pumpkin Patch Express, delicious local restaurants, adorable boutique shops, and the Deep Creek area with tubing, fishing, and hiking. Cherokee NC is about a 15 minute drive away where you can access the Great Smoky Mountain National Park, Harrah's Cherokee Casino, and explore the Cherokee Indian Reservation. The Nantahala River Gorge which offers whitewater rafting, kayaking, and zip line tours is about a 30 minute drive.

This house was everything I had hoped for! The house had beautiful views, really amazing! And the proximity to town was excellent, it literally only took 5-6 minutes to get to downtown Bryson City. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out and the decks are enormous. There are two levels of decking and the upper deck had a covered portion which was nice because we could still sit outside and enjoy the views even if it was raining,and an uncovered portion, which was nice for soaking up some sun. The interior of the house is so nice, very well maintained. Bedrooms and bathrooms are big. The driveway is a little steep but paved and we had no problems. We loved the privacy of this house. If you are looking for something with beautiful views, close to town and private, I would highly recommend this property! Would definitely stay here again!

Loved it. Thanks for making it so comfy and cozy. Would love to come back. Read above for my experience at the cabin. The house had everything we wanted and was as described. The view, amenities, location proximity and more. Lots to do, something for everyone. There were 6 of us there and we all were very pleasantly surprised at how homey this house was, not to mention the views. You really don't need to take any other Smoky Mountain trips, you got the best view from the patio. Plenty of space, towels, dishes, pillows, blankets, and so much more.

This was a first mountain vacation for our family and we loved it! Location was wonderful. Close to town and within an hour of anywhere we wanted to go. Drive up the driveway was a bit of a surprise, but our minivan made it up! The view was spectacular. We saw the sunrise, a rainbow and the "smoky" mountains at dusk right from the balcony. Every night we ate dinner out in the gazebo. Truly was a wonderful place.
