We loved our stay at Eagles nest. It was clean. The bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious. The kitchen was well stocked. We loved the creek, hot tub and that it is pet friendly!! We will be coming back to this cabin for sure!!

Most of our stay was done thru email and texting, but it was very easy, and they were quick to respond to questions and issues.

This cabin was absolutely perfect for me and my husband. We were celebrating out two year wedding anniversary and taking a much-needed relaxation trip! It was very clean, the view was beautiful, especially in the afternoons when we got the sunsets! Hot tub was perfect! We had a herd of 9-10 does one morning right behind the cabin! The drive up was a little scary at first, but after a few trips up and down, my husband had it down! 1000% perfection! We will definitely stay in Fernwood Hollow again!

I reached out to customer service through text to ask if we could stay an extra night. Within just a few minutes, I had a receipt for my additional night. The customer service team was extremely friendly and really tried to make sure we had a great stay.

The views from this cabin were breath taking! The trees are cleared back so there are great long range views of the mountains. The cabin was very clean and well stocked with extra linen and kitchen supplies. The beds were firm, but still felt very comfortable. I loved that the porch was closed in, so our dog could enjoy a little freedom outside. The driveway is slightly steep and gravel, but it's a very short section and not bad as long as you don't try to stop before you get to the top. The cabin is very close to downtown Bryson City. After the first time to the cabin, we no longer had to use the directions. The only downside (and it's just me being picky), is that there are multiple neighbors that are very close. The cabin does have curtains, but the cabin next door can be seen clearly from the hot tub. However, everyone around seemed to be looking for that same mountain serenity that I was. There were no constant noises, like the loud music I get in my home neighborhood. Overall, I would stay here again. We have been using this company for years and their cabins never disappoint!

We had a cabin booked for our 10 year wedding anniversary for 6 months and two days before that trip our reservation was canceled by the owner. After hours of frantic searching, we happened upon High Springs Retreat and Bryson City Cabin Rentals and quickly booked it. The blessing was quickly realized when you pull up the long driveway and see the Mountain View. When you open the door to the cabin youre immediately lulled into a state of cozy relaxation only the Smokies can provide. Whether its the hot tub on the deck, the beautiful stone fireplace, or the man cave in the basement, this home checks all the boxes. Beautifully decorated and designed, High Springs Retreat is a gem of the Carolinas. 10/10 would recommend
