Awesome team of vacation experts who obviously love what they do.

My perfect vacation. A lot of entertainment and things to do at the cabin. Well equipment with anything needed for cooking and spending time with family. My husband and I had a very relaxing trip.

Great property. need to clarify advert that it has 1 king and 2 queen beds and futon couch. Also driveway is as described.

The team was great. Answered any questions in advance. Maintenance responded quickly to a couple of questions and promptly also brought us propane for our grill after we ran out.

My wife and I have rented many cabins in the Smokies over the past 20 years and have had great experiences and renting from you was among the best. The cabin was perfect for us and everything being on one-level was a bonus. Thank you for a great care-free week. We needed it!

The customer service team was just a text away. They responded promptly and professionally. I felt like they cared about me as a guest and genuinely wanted me to have a great stay at our cabin.

Smoky Mountain Paradise has easy access and is less than 10 minutes to downtown Bryson City. The cabin is beautiful and spacious. There were 5 of us, plus a dog that stayed. The fenced in yard and pool table were the highlights of our stay.

We extended our stay in Sweet Retreat for 3 additional nights and the team member helping us accomplish this extension to our stay was very helpful and accommodating. I also added a pet the week before we were arriving, and the team member adding that to our rental agreement was very helpful.

We have stayed in Shady Getaway, Cuddle Cove, and finally at Sweet Retreat. They have all been very comfortable and enjoyable to rent. We will definitely be back and would stay at any of those cabins.
