NC Travel Restrictions and Mask Requirement

North Carolina will enter into a Modified Stay at Home Order as of Friday, December 11th.  This order puts in place a curfew between 10:00 PM - 5:00 AM daily.  Please make sure that you arrange travel so that you will arrive at your property before 10:00 PM.  Additionally, NC requires the 3 W's of Wear, Wait, and Wash.  "Wear" includes mandatory face coverings, "Wait" stands for social distancing of maintaining a distance of 6ft, and "Wash" for washing your hands often to reduce viral spread.

NCDHHS - people are to wear cloth face coverings when they are in indoor and outdoor public places, where staying 6 feet from people who are not part of their households is impossible. Face coverings are a simple way to control this virus while we protect ourselves, our families, and other people around us.

Read requirements for the use of face coverings and masks here.

The following are measures that will be taken in the coming months for both guest protection as well as the protection for our staff.

  • Increased housekeeping measures with thorough guidelines including some items listed below. We have equipped our staff with EPA approved disinfectant products.

  • Our housekeeping staff has been provided with PPE to wear while cleaning properties between guest stays.
