Everyone was extremely helpful and friendly. They helped me find my dream vacation. I sent a message with a description of what I was looking for and they sent me back a link to the perfect cabin,(The Bears Cave). I got great advice on the different Great Smoky Mountain Railroad excursions, restaurants and shopping in the area and horseback riding stables.

It was perfect. A gift from God. Everything about this cabin was wonderful and the view was spectacular! I loved the high elevation because I wanted someplace peaceful. Quiet. Away from the noise. A place to be close with nature and God. The Bear Cave provided just that.

We arrived at the Sugar Bear cabin and it was really clean. Probably the cleanest cabin Ive stayed in. It was a little cool in the bathroom in the morning, but overall everything was excellent!
