I spoke with the maintenance man and Alice. They both were very courteous, professional and helpful.

The property is beautiful, from the views of the river, the access to the river and all the ammenties the property has to offer. We fell in love once we entered the door. Our family made great memories at Hooked and we are already planning for our next adventure.

Very well kept, clean, walking distance to dining, railroad and National Park.

We found your properties through a Groupon deal 10 years ago. When given the chance to getaway we looked to your listings first since its right on the water and we enjoyed the area in the past. Spending most of the day in chairs by the creek was heavenly and a much needed recharge. We are already looking to come again and stay in Eagles Cove.

Absolutely gorgeous! The house was cozy and well maintained. We were sad to go, we couldve romped around the creek another week! The Wi-Fi wasnt great but not unexpected for the location. Everything was perfect and the dogs also had a great time! We absolutely will be returning!

Beautiful cozy cabin. Excellent place for children to play and peaceful. I will recommend to anyone anytime. A great place to relax and clear your mind. Hearing the sounds of Alarka Creek outside is the meaning of tranquil.

The office was great in answering all our questions in regards to the cabin. Offered to move us because we were not told hot tub did not work. We appreciated how they handled the situation, but we stayed where we were. It was great

The property was amazing. The view from any part of the cabin was amazing. Able to sit by the river and listen to it flow. Watch the geese in the morning and at night. Even was able to light a fire in the fire pit by the the river. Only thing is its a tough turning right into the driveway. There is a drop off. But we figured that out and just came in from the the left. Driveway is steep but we were able to get a trailer down and plenty of room to turn it around. To get back up with it, Im kinda glad we had a 4x4 cause it was wet. But no issues. We will definitely be back to the cabin. Love the area.

Your people were the icing on the cake! We had to reschedule due to illness, and the gal with whom I worked was super friendly and fabulous about helping me through the process of setting up a new reservation. No AI here! Just great local people who care about doing an equally great job!

The cabin was spotless, comfortable (including the beds), and quiet. It was also only a few minutes drive to downtown restaurants, shopping, and the Great Smokey Mountain Railroad.
