This lovely cabin sits nestled back in the trees, just five minutes from the Almond Boat dock put in on Fontana Lake, so make sure to bring your kayaks, paddle boards, or fishing poles. Take relaxation even a little further with the hot tub, fire pit area, or simply by enjoying your morning coffee on the covered porch, Almond Joy is just the spot you've been looking for.
After a busy day on the lake, enjoy a delicious meal made in the fully equipped kitchen. If you've brought back the catch-of-the-day, fire it up on the gas grill outside. Follow dinner with a cold brew and s'mores by the outdoor fire pit. The living area is extra comfy in the upstairs loft space, with large couches that provide plenty of room to stretch out and relax. For sleeping, the lower level bedroom is equipped with a queen sized bed, flat screen tv with Direct TV service, and ensuite bath with tub/shower combo. The upper level bedroom also features a queen sized bed, flat screen with Direct TV service, and bath with tub/shower combo. For guest convenience, there is a washer and dryer, as well as wireless internet.

The communication I had with the team through Airbnb's messaging system was great. They responded promptly and even after hours when I still had some questions.

We loved the cabin and are appreciative of all the small things that are available for our use. For example, the washer and dryer with laundry detergent, the lighter fluid and lighter, the fireplace/bonfire tools, etc.
We loved the couch on the 2nd floor that let us lounge and have a relaxing stay and the hot tub outside that helped us enjoy the evening. This was the perfect place for a getaway weekend in the mountains.
