Quaint cabin close enough to walk to the train and downtown area. Nicely decorated and stocked with all the essentials. Big hot tub on a nice deck along a babbling brook. The cabin was Very cozy for 2 couples to enjoy.

Never had to talk to anyone, but the company was fast to the Hurricane Helene response.

Sweet Caroline is a great getaway and relaxing place. Everything in this cabin is way above the typical rental property. The furniture, linens, and the bed are all top of the line. If you want to catch a game they have the full line of direct TV channels. The firepit outback was amazing, and so was the enormous walk in shower.... Absolutely an A+ experience...

Great atmosphere and close to Cherokee and other places to visit

I had to call the office because I needed assistance with something, and I was treated respectfully; and helped quickly and efficiently. Some back and forth communication over email was necessary and it went flawlessly. It wasn't a bother at all, and in fact, it was a pleasurable experience.

Access was convenient. Everything worked as it should. Bed and sofa were comfortable. Bathroom and kitchen were small but not too small. We cannot wait to return!

Very easy to work with. Cabin was very neat and clean with some stock to start with.

The team was great, all by phone. They helped us to get a different cabin when we couldn't get to the one that we had booked before the strom.
