We always enjoy our stay at Starview. We love the cabin and its location to the Great Smokey Mountain National Park. We also enjoy the the hot tub and wonderful view of the Deep Creek area. The location to town is also a plus. We highly recommend Starview to couples. We love the location and view!

Members of the team were amazing. We were very well informed from the moment we made the reservation until the time we left. My girlfriend was sick yesterday morning (checkout day) and they allowed us an extra hour. We didn't need it but it was good to know we had it just in case.

We absolutely loved the property, especially sitting down by the creek drinking morning coffee. It was the perfect size with all the amenities you could ever ask for. We are already thinking about a trip in the fall. It was so close to everything but not right on top of anything. Perfect location.

You want a quiet cozy place to stay then this is it!!! Not hard to get to and feels very protected within the gate and steep inclines. Word to the wise youll not get any phone reception and there is not WiFi!!! Making this the perfect getaway from electronics and the world for just a little time. The satellite gave a little feel that there is a world still out there. We enjoyed our stay and you will too. The Lights

We never needed any help from any team members once we arrived, everything was where we needed it and everything worked perfectly.

The entry into the house was seamless, we were given a code that got us right in upon arrival, the house was clean and comfortable with multiple sitting areas a working fireplace comfortable beds and a well-stocked kitchen. My kids had the entire upstairs to themselves which they loved we had a very comfortable master bedroom, the house has a huge dining room and all the areas outside of the house were really nice with a beautiful creek that my kids played in and a great outdoor fire pit .

While I only dealt with the team members via email, questions were answered promptly and thoroughly.

We loved where the house was situated. We have always loved being near a creek and this was just perfect!

When I came down with covid just days before my son and I were scheduled to go on our much-awaited trip, the customer service team was incredibly sympathetic and helpful. I was so upset about having to reschedule but they made it super easy to do and helped me not to worry about any details.

My son and I didn't want to leave our cabin! The location was great, the cabin was incredibly clean, and the amenities were awesome. We can't wait to come back!
