Great unit. Very comfortable and well appointed. Ice maker was not working at first so we emptied the tray of the old ice and replaced the tray. Suddenly we had ice. Also, the coffee maker should be listed as a Keurig so we would have brought the proper coffee. Had to run to the store. UGH.

The views from the cabin were just breathe taking and beautiful. Very peaceful atmosphere. Wish we could have extended our stay it was just so beautiful. And the cabin it self was very clean. The beds were comfortable showers were hot. Absolutely No complaints. Just AMAZING.

Great experience. Had a problem with the tv not linking to anything when we first arrive. The maintenance man returned my call right away and resolved the issue right then. Secluded but close enough to Bryson City to run out for a bite to eat. Great little hideaway for a couples weekend retreat.

The cabin was very cozy and very clean.It was also well equipped. Very enjoyable.

We were alerted ahead of our stay that Direct TV service was not available at some of the properties. While that was a disappointment to us, we did prepare for no TV viewership and brought DVDs and other entertainment elements. We were pleasantly surprised to find Direct TV WAS operational for the cabin. We did appreciate the "heads -up" on this possible lack of service during our stay.

We enjoy this "getaway" so much that we plan to "gift" a getaway to our brother/sister-in-law for their 30th wedding anniversary next year. We will be in touch next year to reserve a stay for them . . . and I'm sure for us.

We have stayed at this cabin several times, and it has always been a no contact transaction. We receive everything we need through emails. The one time we made the reservation by phone, the team member was accommodating and pleasant.

We have been regular renters at Bear Creek cabin since COVID happened. We wanted a secluded place in the mountains, and beside a bubbling stream. We wanted to walk trails, be outside and be safe. We found that place at Bear Creek!

Property was very clean and had no complaints

Team members made us feel like family. They were patient answering questions, no matter how minor the issue. From scheduling the reservation to departure, they were readily available and willing to help.

The cabin was spotless and appeared to be brand-new. I did not need my extra towels or kitchen gadgets, because EVERYTHING was provided in abundance! The many toys and games for children were in excellent condition, and kid and Granny alike had a great time playing. Robes and extra towels were provided for the hot tub. It seemed that the owners had a contest to see who could think of the most things to make this cabin great. The road to cabin was well maintained, and with 4-wheel drive even the steep driveway was no problem. We plan to return to this cabin yearly.
