We had a great stay we loved watching the horses while in the hot tub. It was a relaxing weekend we stayed for our 23 year anniversary

We arrived early and had no issues getting into the cabin. Very willing to accomodate and very friendly.

One of our best stays ever. Felt like a secondary home. Premises was secure and felt safe even though it was on a main road. Loved the homey feel and the closeness to Bryson City. Walked everywhere and enjoyed the hot tub. Every thing was new and felt high class with low price. We got engaged while we were visiting and thought to have our wedding and reception in Bryson City and have all guest stay at Bryson Village.

We needed a toaster and they offered to bring one same day and they brought one the next day.

My husband and I both work in high pressure careers and to be able to get away and relax for a few days was exactly what we needed. The Alarka Creek Retreat was away from everything so we were able to recharge but also close to many places to visit so we were able to get away and enjoy the Great Smoky Mountains. Perfect place!

Only had to speak to them on the phone 1 time to extend my stay by one day and Jordan took care of it with just a few clicks and I was set.. After having to quit my occupation after 40 years and come home to take care of my mother due to severe Alzheimers and dementia and had been home for 21 months and 5 days 24/7 , I finally took my doctors advice to trust someone else to take care of her for a week so that I could recharge mentally.. As hard as it was to leave her, my trip to Majestic Falls and the peacefulness definitely did the job..
