I only talked to someone once. At first, we booked from Friday - Sunday. We decided to come a day early so I called and was able to get the cabin an extra night.

We loved the farm like neighborhood Baby Bear is located in. There were cows, chickens and donkeys. We loved waking up to the sounds of roosters crowing. We made a fire every evening and cooked on the grill. We enjoyed our time spent at Baby Bear.

Did not come into contact with anyone from the cabin team, which was perfect for us.

Great time and hope to be back in the future.

Loved our stay at Snuggled Inn. Very convenient to downtown Bryson City and the Blue Ridge Parkway.

We were very pleased with the place that we stayed at. Love the fact that it was downtown where we could just walk around and do our shopping. We will probably be back in the town

We had a wonderful time! The cabin is located in a very convenient location, so was easy to start our adventure each day. Will become a family favorite!

My husband and I vacationed with our 4 grandsons! We all loved this property and what it had to offer.

All of my emails were replied to within minutes and that was impressive. A member of the maintenace visited us and was very friendly and helpful, even wore a mask.

My husband, his two sons, his mom and grandparents had an amazing time. We are already looking forward to returning with our friends to share the unique experience. I don't see how The Walnut at Alarka can be topped for the price.

They were helpful we needed a driveway because we had a trailer and they pick out a flat driveway which helped us tremendously we appreciate that so very helpful they were sweet ladies

It was very peaceful country like we could sit in a sauna and very relaxing we left our dogs and didn't have to worry about him very much cuz you always worry about them and I liked how you don't come in when we are there we do our own cleaning that is very appreciated they only come when we're leaving so thank you for the nice vacation

The only thing I would recommend is trimming the bushes that obstruct some of the mountain view. When we were sitting next to the fire pit we were looking in to vegetation and trees with no view. The view from the balcony of the mountains was spectacular but would have even been better if the lower vegetation had been lower. But it is such a beautiful place and was amazed at how clean the cabin was. With bare feet on the wood floors it felt so clean with no grit.

Easy to work with! We originally made a reservation with a pet deposit to bring our elderly dog. She passed before our trip and the team was super-accommodating and promptly refunded our pet deposit.

We loved it! We'll definitely be back!
