We didn't have to contact the team during our stay, but we had nothing but positive remarks in regards to booking our trip.

We stayed at the Falling Leaves Chalet 2 years ago, and are so happy we decided to come back for a second time. We love the seclusion the cabin offers while still being close to downtown Bryson City. We were lucky enough to have great early March weather, so we took advantage of the outdoor fire pit, hot tub, and grill. Inside the cabin has everything needed for a great long weekend. The kitchen is adequately equipped, living room with fireplace is cozy, and bed is comfortable. Bryson City is great as well. We had a nice dinner at Cork & Bean, beers on the patio at Nantahala Brewing, and visited a number of other shops/restaurants. There is also so much outdoor activity nearby. We hiked part of the Appalachian Trail to the Wesser Bald Fire Tower, and the Deep Creek Loop trail. We can't wait to visit in the summer to take advantage of the river activities and some more trails.

Everyone was very efficient and polite every time I spoke to someone

They were so helpful. I stayed at the hillside manor and I planned a surprise vow renewal for my wife and I. They found a pastor and photographer to come into the home. I appreciate everything y'all did for US.

BEAUTIFUL vintage home with spectacular views and amazing comfort!

The booking was easy.

The cabin was beautiful and so well maintained. The large porch with the mountain views was my favorite feature. The kitchen granite was beautiful. We enjoyed the soaking in the hot tub while looking out at the stars. The location was very colse to convenient to town and to waterfall hikes.

We've used yall 3 times for rentals. We have never had a problem. It's the easiest check in and out ever. And so peaceful.
