My husband and I were looking for a quiet place to recharge our weary minds and bodies -- we found it at Whisper Creek. The cabin is surrounded by such natural beauty...but to have the Nantahala River Gorge a short drive away is certainly a plus. At night, we really enjoyed watching the night sky from the hot tub. The amount of stars visible at night was incredible!!

Had a great weekend in Bryson city. Shopped downtown, went on train ride spent rest of time at cabin, enjoyed the firepit and swing.

I was somewhat concerned about the property's location as initially, it's exact location was not forthcoming. Now that I've experienced the area I know it's fine.

It's very clean and new. The farm/woods setting is interesting with easy access to a highway.

Only had online correspondence, but everything was very pleasant!

The view was amazing!

We loved the view,the warmth of the cabin and the total relaxation available,including the hottub.

Your staff went way beyond to make sure I was happy, or made sure they answered my questions. They made me feel safe being this was my *first* time on such an adventure, being a single female alone with my 2 dogs. I decided to leave some firewood for the next guest.

I am very pleased and I would welcome some discounted price for a planned trip back next year. Thank you. **** By the way the town's folks always waved at me while I was out walking my 2 adult pups one being a pit and the other a lab mix. The locals made me feel I was at a second home. I feel very blessed that I found a secret treasure.

The team of Byrson City cabins are a awesome team. Never have to call them. They did everything possible to make it easy for there customer.

The cabin is beautiful. Everything you need for your stay. Just bring your food. The area was peaceful and beautiful. Close to whatever you want to go to. Our stay was awesome. The couple we took with us could not believe how beautiful it was. We will all come back. Thanks so much for the wonderful stay.

Everyone was so accommodating and helpful. We did call the rental office a couple of times and our questions were answered promptly. The owner stopped by and was most gracious.

i will recommend the Grey Foot Lodge to anyone who I am aware of that is planning a trip to the area. It was all we thought it would be. We hope to return in the future. Very spacious, breathtaking views, and everything we needed was available. Thank you.

We had no idea what to expect driving up that long winding mountain road. The cabin was perfectly charming! The views of the mountains were absolutely stunning from the large front porch! And, we've never seen so many stars! We loved the outdoor hot tub and the indoor gas fireplace. We really enjoyed our stay in the beautiful Nantahala Gorge area and hope to return next year with the kids and grandkids. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable!

We stayed at Birds Nest. The cabin made us feel like home, it was cozy and comfortable. The mountain view was beautiful. Our over all stay was great.
