The guy who came out to address the hot tub issue was friendly and knowledgable...
never saw receptionist for check-in or check-out, but she was friendly on the phone and the process was well explained in the e-mail.(directions, lockbox code, etc.)

The cabin was easy to find, the inside woodwork is beautiful. Very clean, many, many amenities, much more than I have ever encountered. The hot tub was great after a busy day of hiking/shopping/apple picking, etc. I spent a wonderful lazy sunday afternoon in the hammock reading and listening to lively bluegrass guitar music wafting over from one of the neighboring cabins. Wonderful!

It rained for most of our stay so considering this we have two suggestions for The Summit, an alternate grill in covered area and skid strips on ramp leading to door. Nonetheless we enjoyed our stay immensely!
