All was handled so well that we never even needed any correspondence when arriving, departing and even while staying there.

Everyone I dealt with was extremely professional and helpful. Excellent service.

The property was in a great location, nestled within a few other homes, but far enough away to offer privacy. Temperature was around 17-25 both nights. We were able to make the jump from the hot tub to the sauna in seconds. Talk about being taken care of, that is about as good as it gets for comfort.

We loved our stay at Bear Kottage. It was so relaxing with the creek running behind the cabin. We hope to be back again for another visit and we have also recommended to a friend. The setting was beautiful.

I emailed to make sure that the internet and hot tub were fully operational before we got there since we were only staying a couple of days. Within an hour I received an email back saying they were both up and running fine. I appreciated you all taking the time to check.

I am a pastor and father of 4 so my wife and I don't get a lot of alone time. This was a wonderful time away. The space was just big enough for two and sitting in the hot tub under the stars with my wife was one of my favorite experiences of the trip.

Timely response. I booked only four days out and I received my rental agreement and directions on the same day. The before traveling I received an email with a link for things to do in the area.
