I didn't have to interact with anyone. I booked online, received an email with instructions, and we didn't have any issues with the place at all so I had no need to contact anyone.

This cabin was great! It's better in person than it appears in the pictures. It was a cute, quaint cabin. Just the right size for the 2 of us. The view from the cabin was fantastic. The drive to the city was a short one. I don't think anyone else was stating up where we were because we didn't see anyone else on the road so it's like we were all alone there. We loved getting to come back and hang out in the hot tub after our exciting days. The bed was cozy. The place was clean. It was just an all around great experience! It was a surprise birthday trip for my fiance and he was just thrilled by it all.
