High Mountain Cabin

Once you arrive at High Mountain Cabin, you'll immediately notice how the cabin earned it's name, as it sits on a ridge top overlooking the beautiful mountains. With it's large porches, impeccable rock work and landscaping, and breathtaking views - you'll know you've found the mountain retreat you've been searching for.  As you step inside, you'll realize it's just as lovely. The massive wall of windows that frame the front of the cabin make it so you can enjoy the mountains just as much inside as you can outdoors. The large open concept living spaces are perfect for you and your guests to gather and enjoy each other's company. The living room boasts a beautiful custom gas log fireplace, handcrafted luxury furniture, and flat screen television with satellite service. The kitchen features granite countertops, stainless appliances, and is fully stocked with your every need in mind.  The dining area features beautiful custom table, wood finishing, and ample space for you and your guests to enjoy a nice meal right at the cabin. Two of the three bedrooms are located on the main floor, down the hall from the living areas.  The first bedroom features a King bed and nice closet space.  The second bedroom features a bunk bed set with two twins.  The bath is convenient for all guest's use and features a tiled tub/shower combo.  The laundry is also located on this floor.  Upstairs you will find the private master suite with king sized bed and flat screen television with satellite service, a small sitting area in the open loft, and private bath with a tiled shower.  Downstairs consists of a game room with a pool table, video arcade machine with 60 classic games, skee ballgame, At Games Legends pinball machine, and a dart board. There is also a TV room with a queen sleeper sofa, two rocking chairs, and a new 70" LG ultra high def smart TV with satellite and unlimited internet service and Wii Games. The outdoor areas to this property are simply gorgeous.  On the main level you will find a large porch which overlooks the beautiful Smoky Mountains which you can enjoy from the rocking chairs or while using the gas grill. On the lower level there is a rocked fire pit, hot tub, and a wooden porch swing perfect for enjoying a little bit of privacy after a long day exploring. 

High Mountain Cabin is located in the high elevation, gated Alarka Highlands Community. All cabins located in this community are high-end luxury cabins. For guests' entertainment there is a clubhouse with rocked fireplace and tennis court. The private nature of the property also allows for nice hikes and views throughout. Alarka Highlands is located about 15 miles from Bryson City, which is about a 30 minute drive. In the area you will find plenty of venues for entertainment and adventure including: The Great Smoky Mountain Railroad, Great Smoky Mountain National Park, Deep Creek Community, Nantahala River Gorge, Tsali Biking, Fontana Lake. Whether you are looking for hiking, biking, rafting, kayaking, zip lining, cruising, swimming, fishing, boating, or simply relaxing you are bound to find all that you are looking for in beautiful Bryson City.

Indoors: Three bedroom, two bath - sleeps up to eight with 2 king beds, twin bunk bed set, and sleeper sofa.  Open concept living areas. Great room features custom rocked gas log fireplace, luxury furniture, flat screen television with satellite service.  Fully stocked kitchen with separate dining area.  On main floor there are two bedrooms, bath with tub/shower combo, and laundry area.  Upstairs is master suite with king sized bed, flat screen with satellite, separate sitting area in loft, and private bath. Basement area features two additional living spaces with a pool table, video arcade machine (60 classic games), skee ball game, At Games Legends pinball machine, and a dart board and 70' UHD Smart TV.  The cabin also features a kids' table and chairs, pack'n play, and a child's booster seat, as well as new unlimited internet service through out.

High Mountain is located in Alarka Highlands, which is a high elevation community.
