Honey Bear is a beautiful, log cabin near Bryson City and Cherokee. This lovely home is located right on a mountain farm, tucked back on a hill into the trees creating the tranquil and serene location you've been looking for. This one bedroom, one bath log cabin is the perfect spot for you and your loved one's mountain getaway. With large covered porches, porch rockers, fire pit, and charcoal grill - you have plenty to enjoy the mountains right at the comfort of your cabin. Inside, there is comfortable leather furniture, wood stove, flat screen television, and satellite service. The kitchen is fully stocked and the perfect spot to make a meal right at the comfort of your cabin. The master bedroom features a queen sized beds, flat screen television with satellite and bathroom with tub/shower combo.
Honey Bear is perfectly located, just five minutes Bryson City and less than ten minutes from Cherokee. This makes it a great base for all your mountain adventures and for exploring the Smokies. Since you're so close to Bryson City, make sure to take a ride on the Great Smoky Mountain Railroad, enjoy the delicious restaurants, or check out the unique boutique shops. If you're looking for an action packed vacation, the Nantahala Gorge is located just fifteen minutes away where you'll find whitewater rafting, kayaking, and ziplining. If you're looking to learn about the local history and culture, take a trip over to Cherokee Indian Reservation and visit the museums. If you're looking for a bit of nightlife, make sure to check out Harrah's Cherokee Casino. The Great Smoky Mountain National Park is close by, so definitely take a drive to enjoy the many gorgeous sites, take a hike, enjoy the waterfalls, and of course take in the beautiful scenery.

We had a wonderful weekend at Honey Bear Cabin. The cabin has everything you need. We had planned on day trips but enjoyed the serenity of the cabin so much, we actually relaxed there more than anything. It was so peaceful and in a beautiful location, we were happy to sit by the fire and take it all in. We can't wait to go back.

Honey Bear was a very cute cabin to stay in for a couple. Right in the woods, very tucked away, took some effort to get there with our vehicle but that is what we wanted. I would recomend that mention of the Dogs on the propery down the mountain that liked to come up when you were cooking - lol. Was not just one dog but 2! They were friendly but were not expected.

This has to be the best cabin in Bryson city. We had several family members renting several other cabins and ours was by far superior. The location of the cabin is great, the view is beautiful, the cabin itself was awesome in appearance and comfort.
