Conveniently located close to everything you want to do in the Smoky Mountains, yet feels away from it all. Whether you want to relax in the hot tub, rock your evenings away on the covered porch, enjoy the gorgeous mountain view, or curl up inside next to the gas log fireplace - you are sure to find the right amount of peace and serenity you need.
Downtown Bryson City is just 5 minutes away where you will find many shopping and dining options. It is also home of the Great Smoky Mountain Railroad. It conveniently located close to Fontana Lake, Nantahala River Gorge for whitewater rafting, Deep Creek, and Cherokee.
While there are 6 other cabins along the same road as Dogwood Cabin, this cabin sits at the end of the community and is secluded. However, all other cabins are within walking distance of each other. If you are planning a family or group get together take a look at these other 6 cabins, Hideaway (sleeps 2), Moonlight Ridge Cabin (sleeps 6), Smokies Cabin (sleeps 6), Therz A Bear Cabin (sleeps 5), and Moonshine Cabin (sleeps 7).

Only thing Dogwood cabin has a steep hill to enter and park. I have a Sonata and it struggled. Had to get a run and start.

We enjoyed our stay and the privacy of the cabin location. It was a very relaxing setting and we enjoyed sitting on the porch listening to the rain on the tin roof. The mornings were most enjoyable as we drank our coffee sitting on the porch.
