This three-bedroom secluded log cabin is located in Long Creek Preserve just outside Bryson City. Large windows in the great room showcase the beautiful mountain view. Enjoy the scenery from the large deck or the rockers on the screened porch. After a long day relax in the hot tub, or around the firepit under the stars.
Southern Comfort features a large great room, dining area and a full kitchen. There is a king-size bed in the master bedroom in the loft with a private bath that has double sinks and a tub/shower. A second bedroom has a queen-size bed and a third bedroom has two twin beds. There is a queen-size sleeper sofa. This beautiful log cabin home accommodates up to eight people, is secluded, and has great long-range views.
We suggest four wheel or all wheel drive to access this property.
Southern Comfort is approximately 12 miles from Bryson City, restaurants, shopping and white water rafting.

Everything was perfect! This house and our trip were wonderful in every which way. Between the awesome view, nearby running streams and brooks, hot tub and deck, we were completely in shock. The house featured massive windows overlooking the rolling mountains and was perfectly decorated. There is no where else in or near Bryson City we will stay again. We will be back!

The property was amazing!
The drive up was slightly terrifying in the last ten minutes but we were equipped with an all wheel drive vehicle (as suggested on the cabins page, thank you!!!) so we made it up and down just fine.
The deck was amazing, even though it was pretty cold, we ha a wonderful time sitting on the deck or in the hot tub watching the sunrise/sunset.
All of the rooms were incredibly cozy and well kept and the bathrooms were spacious and efficient.
An absolutely beautiful property and we will definitely be staying there again!

What a PERFECT VIEW. We loved the privacy and feeling like we were tucked away in the middle of no where. This cabin was so much better than what the pictures show. All the comforts of being at home with so many extra's. Loved it!!!!

I have stayed there many times, and it is a great place to stay. It's so peaceful and quiet - whether you like sitting on the big front porch watching a great sunset, or relaxing in the hot tub with a great view of the mountain valley. It's a big roomy cabin where you can take a hike , read a book , or just take a nap. It's a great place to relax, enjoy the scenery, and get your body recharged. I highly recommend this beautiful log home !
