Lazy Bear Cabin is perfect for a quiet getaway for a single traveler or a couple. After a fun day in the Smokies, enjoy amenities like the covered porch with rockers, picnic table, wood fireplace, charcoal grill, fire pit, and Satellite TV . Lazy Bear is a great home base for exploring the Smokies. It's mid-way from restaurants and shopping and the Great Smoky Mountains Railroad in Bryson City and only 8 miles from the Cherokee Indian Reservation and Harrah's Casino.
Amenities
One bedroom, one bath. Sleeps 2. Covered porch with rockers, fire pit, charcoal grill, picnic table. Bedroom has queen-sized bed; bath has tub/shower., . A/C and heat. Wood fireplace. Kitchen with coffee maker, microwave, stove and refrigerator. This cabin has no hot tub. If you are planning a family gathering, Lazy Bear Cabin is within walking distance to 3 other cabins in this private wooded setting. Take a look at Smoky Mountain Cabin (sleeps 4), Papa Bear Cabin (sleeps 4), and Baby Bear (sleeps 2). Along with Lazy Bear Cabin these cabins accommodate a total of 14 guests. This is the perfect setting for a group get together.

Well maintained and clean. Very close to town and Coopers Creek fishing was close by and we caught lots of Rainbow Trout. I've been 7 times to Bryson City Cabin Rentals and this was by far my best experience.

It was a great experience and felt so lucky to find the lazy bear cabin when some of the other cabins to rent were side by side.
We booked on the internet from the train ride we took. We booked the same day we stayed there and had a wonderful time.

The property was awesome, so peaceful and quiet. Waking up and hearing the rain on the roof was great. (we live in Texas - can you say drought?) The location was super-we visited the National Park, Blue Ridge Parkway, Gatlinburg and Asheville -- all within a short drive of the cabin. We can't wait to return.

I could not have choose a better place for our honeymoon. I am sure that this will always be near to our hearts and I am sure we will return at least once a year for our annivesary. This was a beautiful cabin and very well kept and neat. It truely is a home away from home.

The Lazy Bear cabin was the perfect place to stay for our first North Carolina Mountain Region vacation. The cabin was very clean, well equipped, easy to find and out of the way "Just Enough". My wife and I are already planning our next visit to the area and we will definitely be staying in one of the cabins.

We have been coming the the Bryson City area for about 30 years now. This was one of the nicest cabins we have ever stayed in. It was very clean. Loved the detail of the wood work in the cabin. Liked the location because it was in the mountains, but just a few minutes to down town and easy to get to Cherokee and Dillsboro. Will be back for sure.
