I have been very pleased with the service you provide and the quality rental.

We were at Fontana Lake Escape for two separate 8 day stays. Each week we found the house clean and ready for guests. The porch with that incredible view was very inviting.The proximity to Bryson City, Nantahala Outdoor Center, Deep Creek Park, and the Smoky Mountains gave us a variety of adventures with our children and grandchildren. The spacious kitchen and dining area were a plus when we came back together in the evening to share stories.

Didn't actually come in contact with anyone in particular and didn't encounter any issues so didn't need to contact after hours. However. Info provided at cabin and via email and text was sufficient.

Worked for our party of 7. Liked having 2 living areas with enough seating for everyone.

I booked with Jordan and had some questions about the cabin and the cell service. We had never visited that area before and were meeting friends to go white water rafting and she was able to tell me which cabin was the closest. Very nice, easy to book. Email communication came quickly as promised. We decided to take this trip last minute and I was worried we wouldn't get a nice cabin but it was awesome.

I loved the little guest book by the kitchen. The back porch was a beautiful place for yoga and coffee in the morning. They had both a traditional and Keurig coffee maker. The climb up to the cabin was a little scary and they really mean it when they said 4x4 required. Our truck did fine and after the first few times, my anxiety stopped. We made sure to get back before dark as the turns were tight. That made for nice family game nights, no complaints. We are already looking into booking longer for next summer!

Very spacious and clean. One of the cleanest cabins if not the cleanest we have ever stayed in.

You get all information in a timely manner and you know exactly what to do.

My family loved it, it was perfect for my family. The kids loved the hot tub and the internet was a big plus for a teenager. The view was amazing and the kitchen had everything you need to cook meals. We hated to leave but will definitely be back.

Property was clean. Kitchen appliances, streaming TV, hot tub and furniture were new and modern. Cabin decor was perfect for the setting. Bed was comfortable. Lovely porch with mountain view. Cool temperatures and low humidity appreciated by folks like us who live in hotter areas like Raleigh.

Loved it. Thanks for making it so comfy and cozy. Would love to come back. Read above for my experience at the cabin. The house had everything we wanted and was as described. The view, amenities, location proximity and more. Lots to do, something for everyone. There were 6 of us there and we all were very pleasantly surprised at how homey this house was, not to mention the views. You really don't need to take any other Smoky Mountain trips, you got the best view from the patio. Plenty of space, towels, dishes, pillows, blankets, and so much more.
