We forgot our bathing suits and towels in the dryer, called the office and were able to receive our items in the mail just 3 days later. Amazing service and responsiveness, great attention to detail.

We loved our stay and will definitely be back! Our only comment is that the pictures online made Hillside Haven appear much more remote than it actually was, it is in a neighborhood surrounded by other houses versus pictures made it appear remote. However the property was beautiful, clean, and otherwise exactly as described.

Most of the time everything is done by email, but when we have needed to speak with staff, they were professional and friendly. We have not had to call the service maintenance team.

Obviously we love it there, since we are repeat renters! We always enjoy the quiet and peaceful environment and the little stream that we can listen to at night. Weve already booked a reservation to return in October!

cant wait to come back . we always stayed in piegon forge or gatlinburgh. we loved the yard and stream. no mountain roads to travel at night to get back to the cabin. It was the peace and quiet we needed after 2020. Everything we needed was a short drive away. We went to gatlinburgh for a day trip and everyone was glad to return to the cabin after dealing with the heat and the crowds. We all agree we liked staying in N.C. alot more . Thank you so much for the wonderful memories we made. Hope to return next year.

Booking on the phone went smoothly. Great email and text correspondence. The only team member we saw was Robin. She was the housekeeper and we saw her in the parking lot as she was leaving a neighboring cabin. She greeted us and asked if there was anything we needed before she left. She was very kind!

I didn't have to talk with anyone by phone because you have made the process flawless with organization through website, emails, etc.

We absolutely LOVED our stay. I would love to return to that property. It was perfect! I didn't mention this before but the washer/dryer came in handy with beach towels after we used the hot tub. The washer/dryer looked brand new and I noticed it had a hot water heater that provides almost constant hot water. Dishes, utensils, and everything in kitchen were of good quality and well-stocked.

Easy going and easy to understand

These rentals are beautiful. Ive been a few times but my families first time and it wont be there last. Very clean and has everything you need for a pleasant stay.

The cabin was as expected, the pool table was missing a ten ball, but we went to Walmart and bought a set of balls, and the gas grill was empty so I traded in tank so now y'all have pretty much a full tank. But overall everything was great and my family and I will be back.
