Everyone was extremely friendly.

Our stay at the snuggle inn was far better than I could have ever imagined. Beautiful area of cabins. We felt very safe and enjoyed the cabin so much! Perfect place for a small family or couple!

Because of Covid we had to change our reservation dates and they made it so easy, then after the dates were already changed I realized I had accidentally cut us by a day so I had to call back and add a day and I was so embarrassed because I thought I was being such a bother, but the lady I talked to was so sweet and understanding

The property is in such a great location. We were minutes from Deep Creek, Cherokee, and so many trails and things to do. We got so tired by the end of our trip that we just had a cabin day and stayed in the hot tub and roasted marshmallows in the fire pit. Everything about the cabin was great

I had a few questions about what supplies to expect in the home that the team answered right away via email. I also had One phone call to the office that was met with a friendly and knowledgeable staff member.

While the drive up to the cabin was steeper than this city family was used to, the view at the top made it worth it. Because we wanted to be home before dark and avoid the dark mountain roads, we were always certain to rerun from the days activities by dinner time. We cooked great meals in the spacious kitchen, soaked in the hot tub and watched a storm blow in, played cards and simply reconnected with our children. Though the WiFi is limited its a blessing!! We disconnected from the world. Thank you for sharing the beautiful home with us. Our 20 pound dog had the best time being off leash too.

I only talked to someone once. At first, we booked from Friday - Sunday. We decided to come a day early so I called and was able to get the cabin an extra night.

We loved the farm like neighborhood Baby Bear is located in. There were cows, chickens and donkeys. We loved waking up to the sounds of roosters crowing. We made a fire every evening and cooked on the grill. We enjoyed our time spent at Baby Bear.

Did not come into contact with anyone from the cabin team, which was perfect for us.

Great time and hope to be back in the future.

Loved our stay at Snuggled Inn. Very convenient to downtown Bryson City and the Blue Ridge Parkway.

We were very pleased with the place that we stayed at. Love the fact that it was downtown where we could just walk around and do our shopping. We will probably be back in the town

We had a great experience with the team who maintains Mountain Retreat.

We had a wonderful time! The cabin is located in a very convenient location, so was easy to start our adventure each day. Will become a family favorite!
