Staff was very friendly! They were able to answer all questions. The maintenance team was very quick! We were pleased.

Prior to renting the property, I had e-mailed the company. Alice promptly answered my messages and offered some helpful suggestions. I found her to be professional, friendly, and well-acquainted with the property, as well as the surrounding area.

We would not hesitate to stay at Moonshine Mountain again. We loved the property and its location, not to mention the views from the back porch! As I told Alice when we left, please tell the owners they own a lovely home. We appreciated having access to it and hope to do so again in the future!

We felt like we were at home away from home. The view from the porch is amazing, which we enjoyed every evening while grilling and relaxing. The dogs had plenty of room to enjoy the yard and potty (which is not always the case at other cabins).

Restful Refuge is a perfect location to downtown Bryson City and within walking distance. The sound of the creek just off the deck was very relaxing. The bed were very comfortable as was the seating in the living room. The kitchen was well equipped and met every need we had.

It was everything we had hoped for. Plenty of space, clean, tons of nice touches (hot tub, books, movies, game room, appreciated items in the kitchen like salt and pepper and oil, fire pit, beautiful views)
