Everyone we worked with prior to and while staying was professional and friendly.

This was a beautiful property with a great location and a feel of home. Beautifully decorated, comfortable and well stocked for staying. Convenient to Bryson City and Cherokee. The stream in front of the property was fun for children and adults. It was truly a wonderful property and we are glad we chose to stay here.

We had an incredibly relaxing week. The cottage has comfortable beds and is big enough to be open and cozy at the same time. I could have sat on the porch in the evenings watching the sun over the mountains indefinitely.

My family has been coming to Bryson City for about 45 years. We always stayed with Mr. Bennett at his hotel downtown. This was our first stay in a cabin. We absolutely loved it. Bear Paws II was everything we hoped it would be. It was so beautiful inside and out. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook with. The old folks loved the hot tub after a long day of walking. The beds were very comfortable. The cabin was very clean. We cooked on the grill every night and sat around the picnic table talking about our adventures we had that day. The grandkids enjoyed looking at the cows next door and catching fireflies. Also the cabin had a great location. It was close to all the attractions we wanted to see. I will definitely be staying at Bear Falls II in the future.

The property was lovely and peaceful and everything inside provided what we needed. The gravel road leading to it was difficult. A low profile car would not have been able to make the drive, so this detail should probably be disclosed. Thank you!

The man that helped us understand how to use the lockbox was extremely patient with us on the phone. The cleanup couple that arrived was also understanding and patient giving us a few more minutes the morning we checked out. It had rained heavily that morning with Bryson city being closed for awhile. It made packing the car more challenging for us.

Provided the setting we needed (both inside the cabin and on the surrounding grounds) to relax and be rejuvenated.
