Alice and Daniele were both excellent. I had a last minute chance for a family escape and they were very easy to work with and gave me a few options. They made everything easy and were very accommodating.

Enjoyed our stay and the quietness this cabin offered by being on the side of the mountain. Would be concerned if the road was snow covered or icy on getting to it but our stay didn't present that problem. The cabin was clean and comfortable. It offered a great escape from reality for my family.

Our stay at cross creek lodge was the best ever vacation. My family loved the cabin and property. Our nights around the fire pit just roasting marshmallows and relaxing were just awesome. I would highly recommend this property for anyone's stay in the Bryson City area.
