I asked one question about the roads before hand. The response was accurate and really quick (with an hour). Great overall interaction. I didn't need to deal with the staff otherwise which was great.

I worked with Danielle on the phone, prior to our visit. She was very knowledgeable about Bryson City and answered each and every question about the cabin. Very respectful, and truthfully sold us on your cabin. I am the V/P Sales for an international manufacturing company, and she knows how to sell and understand the customers needs/concerns.

We will definitely be back next year for the same Xterra triathlon event. Already look forward to our trip.

My wife and I have stayed at "Trails End" before. The cabin is clean and close to everything. Our dogs, Maddie and Zack, are at home in the cabin as well. Can't wait for our next trip to beautiful Bryson City.
