The team always answered the phone quickly even on the weekend. We never had to leave a message for a call back. Very accommodating, always polite. Thank you.

Would certainly stay there again. In general we had a very nice stay. My suggestions would be about the kitchen. I read in the journal that one customer said the kitchen had every thing one might need. I disagree to an extent. It had essentials of course but some families actually cook when on vacation. I would add a muffin tin, a knife sharpener!!!, tea pitcher!, (Texans and other southerners drink tea! I have run into this at other Home-Away rentals so I now bring my own), more large bowls, and a slow cooker would really be nice. The property does have a really nice fire pit, great for wienie roast and s'mores. It would be nice if some of the trees directly in front of the porch with the hot-tub were thinned out so you would have a view. The fireflies put on a show every evening. The cabin is very nice. The downstairs bed is comfy and the master bathroom very spacious. There was always plenty of hot water. That is high on my list as we usually travel with five in the group. We traveled around quite a bit and the location was pretty central to what we wanted to do. So much to do and see around the area, we couldn't see and do all of it in nine days. We pull a six' cargo trailer on vacation and I'm sure we provided entertainment for the folks in the cabin below, as my husband laid some rubber and screeches getting up the narrow steep road. Be prepared for two hairpin curves. But all that just made for memories and is to be expected when you want to stay on a mountain. There was sufficient parking at the cabin to accommodate the trailer and car. Really enjoyed the cool temps. All in all, great trip!

I asked one question about the roads before hand. The response was accurate and really quick (with an hour). Great overall interaction. I didn't need to deal with the staff otherwise which was great.

Overall really nice cabin and we enjoyed the stay. Great location for us on this trip. Would consider staying again for sure.

I worked with Danielle on the phone, prior to our visit. She was very knowledgeable about Bryson City and answered each and every question about the cabin. Very respectful, and truthfully sold us on your cabin. I am the V/P Sales for an international manufacturing company, and she knows how to sell and understand the customers needs/concerns.

We will definitely be back next year for the same Xterra triathlon event. Already look forward to our trip.
