All was handled so well that we never even needed any correspondence when arriving, departing and even while staying there.

Everyone I dealt with was extremely professional and helpful. Excellent service.

The property was in a great location, nestled within a few other homes, but far enough away to offer privacy. Temperature was around 17-25 both nights. We were able to make the jump from the hot tub to the sauna in seconds. Talk about being taken care of, that is about as good as it gets for comfort.

We loved our stay at Bear Kottage. It was so relaxing with the creek running behind the cabin. We hope to be back again for another visit and we have also recommended to a friend. The setting was beautiful.

I emailed to make sure that the internet and hot tub were fully operational before we got there since we were only staying a couple of days. Within an hour I received an email back saying they were both up and running fine. I appreciated you all taking the time to check.

I am a pastor and father of 4 so my wife and I don't get a lot of alone time. This was a wonderful time away. The space was just big enough for two and sitting in the hot tub under the stars with my wife was one of my favorite experiences of the trip.

Timely response. I booked only four days out and I received my rental agreement and directions on the same day. The before traveling I received an email with a link for things to do in the area.

The cabin was hard to find due to the instructions. I helped the team edit them so it will be easier for the next guests to find

It was a great experience and felt so lucky to find the lazy bear cabin when some of the other cabins to rent were side by side. We booked on the internet from the train ride we took. We booked the same day we stayed there and had a wonderful time.

This team was great to work with. I had questions before I made a final decision on where to stay, I didn't want to stay to far up on the mountain and they gave me some suggestions on where to stay. Our housekeeper did a very very good job of cleaning our cabin before we got there. We didn't have to call the office for anything. They gave us great directions to the cabin.
