This was our first time to the Smoky Mountains and North Carolina. The cabin and views were wonderful. It was exactly what we were looking for. It was peaceful and relaxing yet close enough to town to enjoy the activities in the area. Our contact with the staff was limited but they were always helpful. Hope to come back again and bring family and friends with us.

Only had email experience, because you all do such a great job of covering everything from reservation to check out. Clear instructions, speedy responses to any email questions, awesome directions.

We had taken a week long vacation and split our time between camping, and your cabin. The cabin was a perfect home away from home after several days of roughing it. Absolutely beautiful views, quiet and peaceful. The hot tub was awesome after a hard day of activity, and really enjoyed watching the birds from the porch. You should add to your description of the cabin that Dogwood is a bird watcher's paradise. Saw many birds that are not all that common while sitting on the porch, and they were up close. Thank you all for a vacation to remember.

I love the Alarka Highlands Community and am coming back for a 3rd visit this year. I love it so much that I am buying property and planning a build. So peaceful and well maintained.

the customer service was excellent when calling and making the reservations for the trip. That was the only contact with the services that I had to have.

Only problem we had was we had no TV the entire stay due to a Dish network box being bad, we didn't mind though cause we didn't come there to watch TV anyhow, overall it was a GREAT stay!! We will be coming back soon! David Scoggins

Beautiful area. The cabin was clean, and had every thing we needed for a nice stay. The view from the balcony was amazing. We had a wonderful time.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Field's Treehouse. The wrap around deck was great. We spent the majority of our time outside. It was very relaxing and quiet. Perfect getaway from the hustle and bustle of daily life. :) Thank you very much!

Our stay at Paradise cabin was wonderful. Everything you needed was there. The decor was absolutely beautiful. After a full day of sight seeing, it was great to come back to the cabin and get in the jacuzzi and then sit out by a fire in the firepit. The property mends so well with the surroundings of the mountains. The location was well though out because we felt we had privacy the entire time. The staff was so friendly, and I didn't sense any aggravation from them when I had to call. They were so willing to help us out. I will definitely come back again.
