Wonderful cabin, clean and new! Only suggestions are that in the future you clarify how to get to honeymoon ridge better- directions were great until the end. They said moose lodge will be on your right, and honey moon ridge to the left. To us that implied the next left, when in fact we had to continue driving a ways further past moose lodge to get to our cabin. Also I saw the big beautiful bath tub in the master bathroom but couldn't use it because the hot water ran out after I barely had 1/4 the tub full. Only complaint is there was hardly any hot water, otherwise its a beautiful cabin and we enjoyed it! Thank you! Absolutely awesome!!! We had planned on going out daily to ride our motorcycle and hike but we loved the cabin so much we didn't leave for the first two days! Beautiful cabin,tasteful,modern decor, beautiful view and incredibly peaceful. It was wonderful only seeing one car pass our cabin in five days!!!! We are already planning our next visit.

I really never had to talk to any of your staff. Everything was done online. The cabin was as I envisioned it. I did look at comments about the cabin online before I booked it.

The directions were good. The road is curvy and narrow, but I like the mountain roads and driving. The deck, fire pit, and hot tub were all utilized. I bought three bundles of wood in town, make sure you have plenty of paper to get the wood going, it was not seasoned. The cabin was great. Used the washer, dryer, stove and microwave, all worked great. The deck and cabin are very private, very romantic in the evenings in the hot tub and around the campfire. Married 32 years and looking forward to returning again in the future and trying a different cabin. Larry and Sara, Iowa

All were very nice when we had to call.

The property is very beautiful and peaceful. We walked the hill for exercise. But very quant. No one was ever around we enjoyed that.

Very Quiet, nicely laid out and in a great community. A great place for parents with children, kid friendly and wonderfully engaging environment. Beware of the curvy roads and remember to share the road with others! Loved everything. We are going to be renting this one again. Loved the master suite and the view. Well worth the money and drive.

Just one thing that didn't affect our stay but needs to be fixed. The dishwasher is not properly installed.

REALLY ONLY SPOKE WITH THEM ONCE. THE COMPUTER DID NOT ACKNOWLEDGE THE RETURN OF OUR SIGNED LEASE SO WE DID NOT RECEIVE DIRECTIONS TO THE CABIN 7 DAYS PRIOR TO OUR ARRIVAL. HOWEVER, I CALLED AND WAS IMMEDIATELY SENT THE DIRECTION WITH APOLOGIES. GOOD EXPERIENCE.

LOVED IT. COULD NOT HAVE ASKED FOR BETTER ACCOMIDATIONS. ROAD UP THE HILL WAS A LITTLE SCARY, ONE LANE AND STEEP. BUT THEN WE HAVE LEARNED TO EXPECT THAT IN THE SMOKEY MOUNTAINS.

We had a great time and loved the cabin. The cabin was just as the pictures showed. The townspeople were extremely friendly and polite.
