We had a nice time

I emailed to make sure that the internet and hot tub were fully operational before we got there since we were only staying a couple of days. Within an hour I received an email back saying they were both up and running fine. I appreciated you all taking the time to check.

I am a pastor and father of 4 so my wife and I don't get a lot of alone time. This was a wonderful time away. The space was just big enough for two and sitting in the hot tub under the stars with my wife was one of my favorite experiences of the trip.

Timely response. I booked only four days out and I received my rental agreement and directions on the same day. The before traveling I received an email with a link for things to do in the area.

The cabin was hard to find due to the instructions. I helped the team edit them so it will be easier for the next guests to find

It was a great experience and felt so lucky to find the lazy bear cabin when some of the other cabins to rent were side by side. We booked on the internet from the train ride we took. We booked the same day we stayed there and had a wonderful time.

This team was great to work with. I had questions before I made a final decision on where to stay, I didn't want to stay to far up on the mountain and they gave me some suggestions on where to stay. Our housekeeper did a very very good job of cleaning our cabin before we got there. We didn't have to call the office for anything. They gave us great directions to the cabin.

We had a fantastic stay at the Falling Leaves Chalet. The property was beautiful and private. The cabin was clean and spacious and just what we were looking for.

We were celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary. We had a wonderful time our two kids 22&17 enjoyed our stay very much. The road is a little scary, but worth it. Except for the phone, this was a wonderful experience.

Everything was exceptional, from check in to check out! The property we rented was exactly what we were looking for and met all of our needs. The location couldn't have been better and the house itself had all of the amenities we were looking for. The cabin was clean, comfortable, and more than we could have ever expected. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Also, they suggested great local places to eat and shop really completing our experience for the weekend.

Simply amazing. Moonshine is in the perfect location. Close to town, and yet secluded. I loved that we could make it to town in less than 5 minutes and was a huge selling point for us. The view is breathtaking. Everything is so well taken care of and so perfectly designed. I could not have asked for a better vacation. Thank you Bryson City Cabin Rentals and Moonshine for giving my friends and I the perfect girls getaway!

It was very pleasant

We loved it because we were with family and we just wanted to relax the whole weekend. As I said earlier, the view was breathtaking and the cabin was darling but it was very remote.

We will return again. Very nice place that is easy to get to but very quiet. Has that farm feel with the roosters crowing and the cows mooing.

I called and talked to Alice about the phone not being able to make any calls. She gave me her cell phone number in case we needed it . She and Myra both were very friendly.

We were at Little Pond celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary. We along with our two kids. The house was beautiful inside and out. The road a little scary but worth it!! We had a wonderful time. We will hopefully return to Alarka Highlands again very soon. A Christmas visit would be Awesome. Our kids age 22&19 loved it there.

All the girls we talked to prior to arrival were super friendly and able to answer every question.

The cabin was even better than expected. This 2 day trip was a fun surprise getaway for my boyfriend's birthday. He absolutely loved the cabin so much we looked into buying one! It was comfortable, affordable, and had the BEST amenities of any cabin we have ever been to or looked at. The property, overall, was super clean, well-maintained, and easy to find.
