The members were very easy to work with, courteous and helpful. Of course, we didn't have any direct contact with them but had very good support via telephone and email.

The property is very nice and has a good view from the porch especially. It is a nice place to "get away from it all" and if you shop carefully (maybe at Ingle's) you could spend several days there without any need to travel down the mountain, since you would have plenty of food cold and room temperature storage, cooking equipment indoors and out, and peace and quiet.

The property was as described on the website. The view was amazing and you can hear the creek, which was an unexpected bonus. Good directions to the cabin. It was in good condition and had almost everything we needed during our stay.

This was our second stay at Trot Inn and we loved it just as much as the first. We loved the hot tub and were happy to see a fire pit this time as well. We will definitely be back in the near future!

Property and cabin are beautiful...nice not to be right next to another cabin so our family could have a little privacy! Interior and furnishings in great shape; kitchen supplies modest but found everything we needed. Beds very comfortable and linens clean. Porch is not overly large, but well appointed with hot tub, full size sturdy picnic table and a pair of wooden rockers. Close to downtown Bryson City and convenient to area attractions. Perfect for a small family getaway!
