Everyone I spoke with on the phone or communicated via email was super friendly and helpful. I received all the information I needed to arrive at the cabin, car navigation systems dont work so well in the mountains.

Perfect. We love the mountains. We travel a few times a year to different locations. Eagles View Retreat is our favorite NC cabin. The porch is perfect to relax and enjoy the mountain views that go on forever!! Its quiet, private and so peaceful. The furniture and beds are comfy. The fire pit is amazing. We made smores and actually spent quality time chatting and telling stories. Its an environment that truly connects us. Two of our kids are in college and one just graduated, they were hanging out and laughing. No video games! No worries

Communication with staff was exceptional. Emails were answered immediately.

This cabin was amazing. The views are breathtaking. When you walk in the door it feels like home not a rental. The owners took time to decorate for the fall prior to our arrival. Would highly recommend this cabin.

The communication I had with the team through Airbnb's messaging system was great. They responded promptly and even after hours when I still had some questions.

We loved the cabin and are appreciative of all the small things that are available for our use. For example, the washer and dryer with laundry detergent, the lighter fluid and lighter, the fireplace/bonfire tools, etc. We loved the couch on the 2nd floor that let us lounge and have a relaxing stay and the hot tub outside that helped us enjoy the evening. This was the perfect place for a getaway weekend in the mountains.

The house was great, clean, spacious and well maintained. Easy to get too, the driveway is a bit steep, but there is a second parking area that is not as steep. Master bedroom needs a TV and even though it didnt have its own private bathroom, it was still easily accessed. We had a very relaxing stay! Loved the oversized couches in the living room!!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. They answered all of our questions quickly.

It was the first time we visited North Carolina as a family and we enjoyed every moment of our stay and wish we could of stayed longer.

Mountain Star was perfect for two couples. Just the right size. Very clean and stocked. The beds are amazingly comfortable and the sheets feel so good. We loved the front porch in the afternoon. Exactly what we were looking for. Will definitely rent again.

Toward the end of week two of our stay I reported via text an anomaly with the Direct TV access on the living room TV which did not require immediate attention and received a quick and appropriate reply.

My wife and I are very comfortable there and we are already planing our next visit.

Our visit at moonshine Mountain was just what we wanted for our 40th anniversary trip. The porch and the view were fabulous. Were already planning to come back for 41st anniversary trip!
