The customer service team was just a text away. They responded promptly and professionally. I felt like they cared about me as a guest and genuinely wanted me to have a great stay at our cabin.

Smoky Mountain Paradise has easy access and is less than 10 minutes to downtown Bryson City. The cabin is beautiful and spacious. There were 5 of us, plus a dog that stayed. The fenced in yard and pool table were the highlights of our stay.

We extended our stay in Sweet Retreat for 3 additional nights and the team member helping us accomplish this extension to our stay was very helpful and accommodating. I also added a pet the week before we were arriving, and the team member adding that to our rental agreement was very helpful.

We have stayed in Shady Getaway, Cuddle Cove, and finally at Sweet Retreat. They have all been very comfortable and enjoyable to rent. We will definitely be back and would stay at any of those cabins.

We very much enjoyed the stay. It felt secluded in all the trees but was still fairly close to town and there was a dollar general close by for any urgent needs. There was plenty of space inside the cabin and enough space around the cabin to explore around a little bit.

The property and cottage were lovely. The location was excellent! It was very peaceful and we enjoyed eating on the deck, hearing the brook and using the hot tub.

We completed everything online and it was very convenient.

The cabin exceeded our expectations. We went for our honeymoon and fell in love! We are already wanting to plan a trip back!

The members of the team was very accommodating. We had an issue with the a/c which was taken care of right away. Had to call maintenance late in afternoon. Because the hot tub was not working right. They came out right away and fixed it.

Beautiful views! Loved that the location was close to town, but still secluded. Enjoyed seeing wildlife at cabin including a raccoon on the deck and a bear just down the mountain. Cabin was well equipped and comfortable. We will definitely come back!

Our family had an amazing vacation in part because of staying at fontana lake escape. The location was near everything we wanted to do- white water raft, hike, boat rental on fontana lake, hang out in Bryson city for fireworks and spend time at home playing cards and relaxing with each other. We loved the view from the back porch, made smores by the fire pit and enjoyed the house immensely. Perfect vacation house!

Emails were returned promptly. My two sons, daughter n law, and their cousin went up ahead of my husband and I and needed help finding the cabin. They called the office; staff was pleasant, courteous, and helpful.

Everyone in our group enjoyed their stay. The cabin was spacious and beautiful with stunning views. The pictures do not do this home justice. Our early 20s "kids" loved the game room. We all enjoyed the large hot tub with the view overlook. I could say so much more. We all loved our stay, and would rebook this cabin again!
