We arrived a couple hours early and called the number on the email and was allowed early access which was a huge help to us

We loved the place and location. Parking situation was not the best as I travel to the mountains with my motorcycle cycle and trailer sometimes. The cabin parking area could be better as well as the overflow for only 4 cars. We made it work tho. As for the cabin, a few minor suggestions.. The blinds in master bedroom going to the deck should probably be vertical blinds which are more user friendly and more functional for that doorway. We also kept looking for hooks for our coats and in the bathroom would be great as well.. like I said very minor things but overall you all hit it out of the park with this property.. Property is walking distance to downtown area. Minutes to GSM Park and trails. Kitchen is new and fully appointed. Well maintained. Bed was comfortable. Place smelled new and fresh. 1/2 bath in our unit was a nice convenience.

If you are looking for an off the beaten track getaway.. This is it !! The cabin leaves you wanting for nothing. Reccomend Altitude adjustment for anyone wanting a very pleasant getaway.

10 oct 2020 was the day that I married my best friend she so happy the cabin had lots of room the fire place was where we were married in a traditional cherokee wedding it was beautiful. We will definitely stay again.

We stayed at the Cozy Bear Getaway Cabin October 8-11,2020 and it was awesome! The cabin was even better than we hoped for and the home was decorated to the tee. The owners have this home set to suit all your needs if youre looking to relax and enjoy the mountains. We experienced the GSMR train excursion and spent the rest of our stay at the cabin. So glad we went with your team to rent the cabin! Checking in and out was super easy and we had no issues during our stay. As advertised and even more! Thanks so much for allowing us to stay! The property was excellent. The Moose Lodge Cabin was fabulous...clean, beautiful and in a magnificent setting.

All of our experience was working with our vacation coordinator through emails. We were kept very well informed. Everything was handled with professionalism, efficiency, and friendliness.

We enjoyed it immensely! It was our first experience in renting a mountain cabin, but it was always something we wanted to do. Especially during these COVID times when youre apprehensive about venturing out, this cabin provided us with the perfect opportunity to travel somewhere safe, where we could just enjoy nature, take trail walks, and just enjoy the warmth and coziness of this wonderful little cabin. It was perfect, and we will be back!

We had to call about a fan on the porch not working properly. The office person and the maintenance man were excellent.

This was our first time coming to Bryson City on a recommendation of a friend who visited this past summer. It was our 25th Wedding Anniversary and we had a trip planned to Ireland that was cancelled due to Covid. When our friend told us and showed us pictures of Bryson City we thought, we can rent a cabin for our 25th Anniversary. Our friend sent us the website for f Bryson City Cabins whom she rented through. While browsing cabins on the website we came across Star View and knew this is where we wanted to stay... it did not disappoint! We loved the cabin the minute we walked in it and it was so clean , fresh and welcoming! We enjoyed everything about the cabin, Bryson City and the Smokey Mountains. We will definitely come back!! The cute sign and bear figurine about the door said We cant Bear to see you Leave and we felt the same way... we could bearly pull ourselves away to leave! We look forward to our next visit to Bryson City and booking the Star View cabin!
